Stacey Noel

Stacey Noel was a Senior Research Fellow at SEI Africa. She was previously SEI Africa Centre Director and she has also worked as Director of SEI’s Water Resources and Sanitation Programme.

Stacey joined SEI in June 2005 and was based at SEI York until August 2008, when she was seconded to SEI Africa in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, as one of the two staff members who established the new Centre. In August 2011, she became the director of SEI Africa Centre, which relocated to Nairobi, Kenya in mid-2013 until 2018.
