The weADAPT collaborative platform on climate adaptation brings together expertise from climate science and social approaches based on livelihoods and vulnerability to develop innovative tools, methods and guidance for people working on climate adaptation.

weADAPT provides robust guidance on adaptation decision-making, with tools to explore both climate uncertainty and vulnerability, and also different decision making methods. Working through partners, weADAPT aims to build global and local capacity for adaptation through collaboration and learning by doing.
