Scoping Study for Building Long-term Capacity for Managing and Adapting to Climate Change in Asia and Africa

This project assesses the research capacities and needs for managing and adapting to climate change in selected least developed countries across Africa and Asia.

It forms the preliminary phase of a larger proposal to enhance capacity in interdisciplinary resource groups including universities, scientific research institutes, government, industry and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to better understand and manage risks associated with global change, in particular climate variability and change.
