Food, Feed and Fuels

Roel Hammerschlag is leading an SEI team from three SEI Centers that is cooperating with the Dutch development NGO Hivos to survey research on the impact that biofuels development may have on availability and cost of food and fuels in developing nations.

A special focus is being placed on the degree to which such research has affected advocacy and policy activity.
