This project involves innovative mapping of our climate adaptation networks in Africa and Asia and improved visualization of results from our participatory tools for knowledge elicitation.
We will use techniques developed by our collaborators at Science Po medialab in France, who map controversies surrounding different scientific debates with the involvement of different groups, such as scientists, journalists, activists, corporations or ordinary citizens.
We envisage this as a unique opportunity to elicit feedback on the use of such mapping technologies to strategically address gaps in our research competence on sustainable development, expand our partner profile at SEI in Asia and Africa, and improve our grounded participatory tools on knowledge elicitation.
