This report was produced for sub-project 2 ‘Early Warning and Community Preparedness: Strengthening the Technology – Community Interface’ undertaken by Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) and its regional partners as part of SEI’s Programme ‘Sustainable Recovery and Resilience Building in the Tsunami Affected Region’.

The web-based dialogue was organised to:
– Share preliminary insights from a stakeholder assessment and from any other individuals interested in contributing their own insights

– Reflect collectively on the insights and their implications for building an improved understanding of existing challenges in implementing policy and guidance for Early Warning Systems development, particularly in the ‘last mile’.
