Magnus Bucht joined SEI as Human Resources Director in March 2012. Magnus has 15 years of experience working with Human Resources Management in the international, public and private sector.
 
Magnus has previously worked for the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) where he had the position as Advisor to the Senior Management and HR Strategist. During two years he worked as Head of Administration at the Swedish Embassy in Bamako, Mali. Before joining Sida, he worked with Human Resources Management for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva.
 
Magnus has also worked as Management Consultant with Executive Search, Human Resources Management and Organisational Development. His consultancy work spanned a range of different sectors, including national and multinational corporations as well as governmental institutions. He has a B.Sc in Social Work and a Master in Quality and Leadership Development.
