From 3 to 6 July 2017 in Almedalen, Visby, SEI was lead discussions on a variety of topics including:
Almedalsveckan in Visby on the island of Gotland is Sweden’s largest political event and gathers Sweden’s major political parties together with decision-makers, business leaders, researchers, NGOs, special interest groups and media for a week of debate around key social, economic and environmental issues.
Anyone can organize a debate, seminar or discussion and for 2017 there were 3,938 events planned by 1,863 organizers, with an attendance of approximately 35,000 people.
Because events at Almedalsveckan are primarily in Swedish, the full programme of SEI events is only available in Swedish.
Stockholm Environment Institute var på plats 3 juli-6 juli under politikerveckan i Almedalen, Visby. Vi arrangerade eller deltog i sammanlagt 19 seminarier och debatter.
