David’s experience covers a broad range of topics and applications in the fields of energy and resource planning and environmental management, including energy efficiency, demand-side management and integrated resource planning for utilities, renewable energy, global climate change, acid gas emissions, rural electrification, international electricity grid integration, and energy/environment scenario modeling.
