Funded by the French Agency for Environment and Energy Management (ADEME), and conducted in collaboration with the Institute for Energy Economics and Policy in Grenoble, France, Michael Lazarus explored metrics for comparing the effort and outcome that would be associated with various national and regional climate mitigation policies that might be put in place after 2012 when the current Kyoto climate protocol is set to expire.
