Per Klevnäs was Senior Project Manager at SEI Stockholm from August 2013 until October 2015.
Per has particular expertise in the design and analysis of energy markets and policy instruments for resource efficiency and emissions reductions. He has helped national governments and international institutions design programmes for emissions trading, energy efficiency policy, renewables support, and energy market regulation.
Per also has worked extensively with private sector clients, helping industrial and energy companies across the EU, US, and internationally understand the impact of climate and energy developments on their markets and business strategy. Per’s current research focus is on the intersection of economic growth and competitiveness concerns with energy system transformations.
Per holds an MPhil in economics from the University of Cambridge.
